Tutor: Zhaohui Li (Lisa) - a National Exercise Tainers Association(NETA) certified Group Fitness instructor

Location: Norman central Library, 3rd floor, zoom- Oklahoma Redbud
Prerequisite: This class is recommended for adults, please bring your own yoga mat.
Seats: unlimited
Why you should take this course: Core exercises build abs and other core muscles. Core-strength exercises strengthen your core muscles, including your abdominal muscles, back muscles and the muscles around the pelvis. This leads to better balance and stability, whether on the playing field or in daily activities.
